7. velikonočna nedelja

Po teh besedah je Jezus povzdignil oči k nebu in rekel: »Oče, ura je prišla. Poveličaj svojega Sina, da tvoj Sin poveliča tebe, kakor si mu dal oblast nad vsem človeštvom, da bo vsem, katere si mu dal, podelil večno življenje. To pa je večno življenje, da poznajo tebe, edinega pravega Boga, in katerega si poslal, Jezusa Kristusa. (Jn 17,1-3)

Dies sagte Jesus. Und er erhob seine Augen zum Himmel und sprach: Vater, die Stunde ist da. Verherrliche deinen Sohn, damit der Sohn dich verherrlicht. Denn du hast ihm Macht über alle Menschen gegeben, damit er allen, die du ihm gegeben hast, ewiges Leben schenkt. Das ist das ewige Leben: dich, den einzigen wahren Gott, zu erkennen und Jesus Christus, den du gesandt hast. (Jn 17,1-3)

After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you. For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. (Jn 17,1-3)
