Jezus je torej rekel dvanajsterim: »Ali hočete tudi vi oditi?« Simon Peter mu je odgovoril: »Gospod, h komu pojdemo? Besede večnega življenja imaš in mi verujemo in vemo, da si ti Kristus, božji Sin.« (Jn 6,67-69)

Da fragte Jesus die Zwölf: Wollt auch ihr weggehen? Simon Petrus antwortete ihm: Herr, zu wem sollen wir gehen? Du hast Worte des ewigen Lebens. Wir sind zum Glauben gekommen und haben erkannt: Du bist der Heilige Gottes. (Jn 6,67-69)
